Capital Roofing replaced my old roof today with a Class 4 roof and did an outstanding job. They came early and were finished before noon. Cleanup was detailed and quick. I am so very pleased with the work they did and how my new roof looks. Tim was great to work with and answered all my many questions about the process. I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty. I highly recommend Capital Roofing to replace your roof.

I would give a lot more than 5 stars to Tim & Capitol Roofing if I could! He is just a very decent person that puts kindness into the world. He shot it to me straight, answered any of the questions I had & did 2 repairs on my roof before I ended up having it replaced with him. When I settled on a color of shingles he gave me the address of a business in town where could go & view it in person. Very helpful for sure on a big decision that I will be living with for hopefully the next 20 years or more!! His team were prompt on the time I expected them at my house & were finished around lunch time. My roof went from sad & beat up to absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't be more happy with it! THANK YOU TIM & TO YOUR GUYS!!!

Wow…Tim and his company have stellar reviews. We chose Capital Roofing because not only was the price right but because of Tim’s professionalism. You can count on Tim to be honest, fair, courteous and friendly. The quality of work from the crew is outstanding. It was completed in a timely manner, and the clean up was impeccable. Tim even texted pictures of the work as it was being done! I’m sure you will be pleased with Capital Roofing.

Tim and his crew have repaired my roof many times over the years. I filed a claim with the insurance company after the June 2023 storm. Tim worked with the adjuster during inspection and his expertise helped legitimize a half roof approval into a full roof replacement. I have a lot of landscaping and Tim was up front on what I should expect from possible damage with a steep roof and the depth of landscaping I have. In the end, they were able to protect my landscaping and still complete my roof in a day! They left my property clean and the roof looks great!

Tim is everything you can hope for in a great roofer! Honest, courteous, punctual, and his price is more than fair. My roof was complete start to finish in 1 day. His guys even scoured my yard for scrap, nails, etc. I 100% recommend!
